Terms & Conditions 

General

  1. Your booking is made after we have received the initial 50% deposit. We will then block your dates in the calendars.

  2. By paying the initial 50% deposit you declare that you agree with these Terms & Conditions.

  3. We require a security deposit of € 450,-. The deposit will be returned within 14 days after our Villa Manager has inspected the villa. 

  4. The maximum number of people that can stay in the villa is 8. (One baby’s not included)

  5. The tenant may not bring any pets to the villa. (Unfortunate the owner is allergic to pets.)

  6.  Feeding the (wild) animals (birds, cats, dogs etc.) on the property is strictly forbidden.

  7. We expect our guests will treat our villa with reverence and respect.

  8. Without our explicit consent no parties may be given in our villa.

  9. Without our explicit consent no TV, Film or Video recordings for commercial purposes can be made in or around our Villa.

  10. The tenant may not rent the villa to third parties.

  11. If there is anything broken or disfunctioning you must report his within 24 hours to the Villa manager.

  12. The tenant should always lock the villa properly on departure. In case of a burglary or theft from the house due to irresponsible use of the villa (.. the villa was not locked on departure), you are liable for the cost of replacements and damages.

  13. The tenant may not change any technical and electrical settings in and around the house. If needed you must consult the villa manager first.

  14. If the tenant ignores or violates one or more of the above points, the landlord is entitled to deny the tenant access to the house without the tenant being entitled to repayment of the rent or compensation of travel expenses.

  15. The owner is not liable for injury, damages or injuries suffered by you or your family/friends during their stay.

  16. If the tenant decides to cancel or leave before date of departure, the tentant can not transfer the booked period to third parties.

Payment policy

​We require our guests' payments to be made in two instalments. 

  1. 50% down payment due at booking,

  2. 50% plus the deposit (€ 450,-) 60 Days prior to check-in. ​

Cancellation policy

  1. You can cancel the booking without reason 60 days prior to check-in date. The cancellation must have taken place by email. You will then receive 50% of your down payment. Cancellations must be done by email.

  2. ​If the cancellation is done less than 60 days prior to check-in date, no refund will be done to you.​ Cancellations must be done by email.

  3. The tenant can cancel the booking without reason free of charge 60 days prior to check-in date (unless otherwise agreed). The cancellation must be done by email. You will then receive your installment.

  4. The owner can cancel the booking without reason. But only before 60 days prior to check-in date. You will then receive your full installment. 

  5. In the event of unforeseeable circumstances (such as fire, damage in the event of a storm, earthquake, etc.), as a result of which the house cannot reasonably be let, the owner can cancel the lease at any time, without the tenant being entitled to any compensation. Cancellations must be done by email.

  6. The tenant are advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance.

Usage of the villa

Upon arrival, the villa is cleaned and all furniture is in its correct place. Everything around the villa and at the pool is also tidy and ready for you to have a pleasant stay. If you are not satisfied with the situation in which you find the villa, we request that you report this immediately to the villa manager. This can be done by telephone or email. You will find their details in the "Casa Vittore House Book".

 

However, your stay at Casa Vittore will also come to an end. Our new guests arrive the same day you leave. They too expect a clean and orderly home. Our cleaners work hard to make this possible and when the villa is left in a normal condition, they have enough time for this.

 

To avoid having to hire extra cleaning, we expect that when your holiday is over, you leave the villa tidy and pay attention to the following points:

 

Bedrooms and bathrooms:

  • Put used towels in the laundry baskets in your room or bathroom.

  • You do not have to collect the beds.

  • Put small waste in your bedroom and bathroom in the pedal bins, put large waste in a waste bag and throw it in the container. (This is located across the street)

 

Kitchen and living room:

  • Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and wash dishes by hand that cannot or should not go in the dishwasher.

  • Throw full garbage bags and boxes and empty bottles into garbage containers. (This is located across the street).

  • Return furniture that you have moved back to its original location.

  • Put cushions and other items back to their original place.

 

Around the villa:

  • Return outdoor furniture, umbrellas, sunbeds, etc. to their original location.

  • Remove (Inflatable) toys from the pool. Also, those on the bottom of the pool. Throw away (Inflatable) toys that are damaged in the container. (This is located across the street)

  • The pool and around the pool must be left tidy.

  • Jacuzzi must be left tidy and close the cover on the jacuzzi please.

  • Clean up any waste and litter around the villa and the garden.

Note:

If it appears to be necessary to hire extra cleaning to get the villa ready on time before the next guests arrive (this will be determined by the villa manager), we will be unfortunately forced to deduct these costs from your deposit.
